Varsity Giants score win over Liberty

2/19: The Giants scored a 4-1 victory over Liberty. Rory Minty got the start for the Giants, pitching five and a third solid innings. Minty gave up five hits, struck out three, and only gave up one run. Rex Solle threw one and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen. Solle was unhittable, striking out all five batters he faced to earn the save.

Cole McGowan led the Giants with two hits in three at bats. Charlie Welch, Luca Bove, and Kai Christman also had hits for the Giants.
